Weather Policies

Cancellations due to bad/inclement weather are assessed on a case by case basis. Travel and SCSL cancellation processes and policies will be followed accordingly. Pee Wee / Youth Intramural cancellations are made at the sole discretion of the club officers.
Emails will be sent to all registered families if Pee Wee / Youth Intramural games are canceled for any reason. Generally, official decisions on Sunday events will be made by 10:00am the morning of. Travel and SCSL coaches will handle communication for their respective teams and families.
Games may be played in rain, as long as player safety is not compromised — this applies to all program events.
If thunder and/or lightning are heard/seen at any game site, games will be suspended immediately for safety reasons and may be continued if the inclement weather passes in an appropriate amount of time. Practices should be stopped immediately, and shelter should be sought.
Cancelled Pee Wee / Youth Intramural games (Sundays) are generally not made up, although this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the seasonal logistics, circumstances, and timeline.
