Perkiomen Valley Soccer Club’s Travel soccer is a development-focused, player-centric, competitive-level program for boys and girls as young as age 7 or 8 through high school.  Players who may have a future interest in playing competitive middle school and high school soccer — or feel that they have outgrown our Intramural format — may want to consider this program. Commitment runs from July – June in a given calendar year.

Our Travel teams typically play in a few late summer or early fall tournaments, as well as a fall league (followed by  end-of-season tournaments in November).  Some teams continue with participation in an indoor winter league, and most play a spring season with additional post-season tournaments. Many travel teams compete in state-level competitions, as well.  

Perkiomen Valley Soccer Club  actively encourages each of its Travel teams to become involved in other activities, as well, so that the players can bond together and become close friends. Most teams participate in fundraisers throughout the year and typically have non-soccer gatherings (bowling, picnics, etc.). The club also organizes club-wide events during the year including a Union match and attending the Perkiomen Valley High School Senior Night soccer game, among other happenings

We encourage teams to develop programs that will keep the total investment required per player (per year) in the $500-$1,000 range, well below other area programs. Cost will vary and is determined on the age level, tournament participation, indoor training, and fundraising (if any). It is important that our programs be accessible to each and every player! Financial aid is available for players, as well.
