TOPS (The Outreach Program for US Soccer) is a soccer program designed for children aged U5 to U17 with intellectual, emotional, and physical disabilities. It provides a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the beautiful game of soccer. This program is designed to bring out the best in our young athletes in a safe environment. Our goal is to provide a fun-filled hour to build camaraderie and teamwork and improve communication skills while providing support all around a soccer ball.

Who this program is for?

 – Boys and girls with intellectual, emotional and physical disabilities. We welcome players inside and outside of the PVSC region. 

– Volunteers/Buddies: We welcome volunteers aged U11 and up to join us as “buddies”. Your support makes a difference!  To volunteer as a Soccer Buddy, please register.

2026 Program:

• Location: Schwenksville Elementary Gym
• Dates: Sundays starting in January 2026
• Cost: Free
